Acquisition of new talents, carrying out interviews and accompanying the entire selection process. Preparation and support for monthly billing. Competent contact person(s) for employees and executives in personal and labour law issues. Maintenance of personnel master files in ERP systems (e.g. SAGE HR and Workday), management of work contracts, contract changes and work certificates. Creating and evaluating personal key figures to support strategic decisions. Coordination and organisation of training and training and planning and implementation of measures for the reintegration of employees. Conception, control and implementation of strategic HR projects for the further development of the HR department. Coordination with personnel service providers, authorities and other relevant institutions.

Successfully completed commercial vocational training or a study with a focus on personnel management, business management or comparable qualifications. First experience in operational personnel work, ideally in a medium-sized company. Knowledge of labour law. Safe handling of MS Office and experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAGE). Very good knowledge of English in word and writing. Embossed communication skills, team spirit and a high degree of self-initiative. Solution-oriented and structured functioning and a high sense of responsibility.
