As an expert (m/w/d), the team will be responsible for our company pensions and expectations from our current supply and previous pension schemes. You shall ensure that all pension entries and pension adjustments are handled competently and efficaciously, as well as deaths and pension compensation cases. As part of the bAV administration, you control cooperation with internal and external partners and ensure the quality of services provided. You identify data for actuarial reports and provide corresponding PSV messages. In addition, you coordinate selected bAV topics with other colleagues within HR and other departments and work in projects. You actively contribute to the further development and optimization of our internal processes and support the design of digital solutions.

Successful study of business management or a comparable study programme Extensive professional practice and well-founded knowledge about occupational retirement, know-how in the academic environment Good knowledge of the legal bases of occupational pension schemes, ideal knowledge of wage and social insurance law Communication strength and the ability to communicate complex information in a comprehensible and targeted manner High IT affinity and strong interest in developing digital solutions, analytical and conceptual skills German as well as good English in writing and word
