The SOS Children's Village Schleswig-Holstein in Lütjenburg in a scenic location near the Baltic Sea is an institution of child and youth assistance with children's village families, various housing groups, outpatient flexible help, school social work, a public kita, a family center and the children's and youth center ''KOMMA''.

At the SOS Children's Village Schleswig-Holstein we are looking for a Senior Consultant (m/w/d) in full time or part-time (min. 30 - max. 38.5 hours/Where.)

Based on a stable relationship, you support them in managing their everyday lives, developing new skills and building trust in themselves and their environment Pedagogical responsibility in the team: As part of our multi-professional team, you will design the daily processes together with your colleagues, promote individual development processes and create an atmosphere in which the children feel safe and secure Coordinating tasks in team work: In your role as team coordination, you support the structuring and organization of group events. You take over communicative interface tasks, keep in mind pedagogical topics and help the team interact in exchange, reflects and well-tuned Organization and administrative responsibility: You take over the planning of the service as well as the holiday planning of the team and ensure a reliable, transparent deployment planning in the everyday living room. In addition, guide the economic book of the housing group, bear responsibility for the financial resources and ensure careful, responsible management of the budget Promoting individual development: You introduce your professional know-how to help children build age-appropriate skills – from emotional development to social coexistence to everyday management Safeguarding child and care: You consistently implement the protection concepts, pay attention to attentive and respectful co-existence and contribute to a safe environment where the needs of children are always at the forefront
