Detection of the operability of all relevant industrial plants and the independent troubleshooting and elimination of faults in the technical building equipment Own-responsible inspections, maintenance and testing of building equipment e.g. electrical / heating / air conditioning / ventilation / sanitation Accompanying entrepreneurs in the object Ensuring technical fire protection such as safety lighting functional testing, fire protection doors Collection and monitoring of consumption values: monthly reading and documentation of counter readings (electricity, gas, water and heating systems)

Technical training, e.g. as an electronic / electrician Department of Energy and Building Technology / Industrial Electrical / Energy Plant Electronics / Electrical Multiannual professional experience in a comparable position readiness to carry out the simple safety review (Ü 1, § 10 SÜG NRW) Customer-oriented appearance, teamability and reliability German knowledge at least Level B2
