Welcome to the world of Tech4People (T4P) where HR and IT come together to drive the digital transformation of human resources and manage, standardize and optimize the global HR IT portfolio. Our values and principles are clear: we are going forward and shaping the future – according to our guiding principle: “We are unleashing the power of technology so that people can reach more with less.” As an Inspire Trainee in Data Scientist or AI Engineer at T4P, you work at the interface between Human Resources and Information Technology, with a strong focus on artificial intelligence. In your role, you actively shape HR's digital transformation by developing, implementing and coordinating data science and AI projects. You are deeply immersed in HR processes, understand HR's business requirements and the data that arises from talent acquisition to employee retention. Using data from different sources, you develop value-generating digital solutions, including predictive models for e.g. employee retention, personalized learning paths and tools to optimize the employee experience and to automate HR processes. You play a central role in networking HR experts with data-based insights, leading international (partial) projects and developing innovative AI and advanced data science solutions for HR.

Master, MBA or PhD in Data Science, AI or Software Engineering, Business, Economics, Information Technology, Business Informatics or a comparable degree programme Maximum three years of professional experience (outside the course) At least three months of experience abroad (e.g. by studying, internship or work & travel) Strong affinity for digital technologies and enthusiasm for future trends Applicants with a pronounced social sense of responsibility are estimated Excellent English skills (level C1) and German skills (C1) Motivation to actively shape the transformation at Mercedes-Benz and take responsibility Interpersonal and communicative skills combined with excellent analytical skills Team-oriented personality that motivates others to achieve common goals We look forward to your online application.
