**"Schulhausmeister/in" (m/w/d) indefinitely.

The provisions of the public service collective agreement (TVöD) apply. The Ø weekly working time is **39 hours (= full time).** Rated is the place with the payment group 4.

The site is the regional school “Dr.-Ernst-Alban” of the municipality of Rastow. The sample period is 6 months.

• Activities to be carried out:*

• maintenance and cleansing of school buildings including cellar rooms, school plot and outdoor facilities (e.g. collection of waste, emptying of waste containers)
• Transport safety obligations (including winter service)
• Repair, maintenance and maintenance of school objects
• Monitoring of the proper condition of the school system with its construction and operation equipment (e.g. heating and ventilation systems, electricity, gas and water supply, alarm systems, lighting) including operation
• Monitoring the economical handling of electricity, heat and water
• Control, maintenance and maintenance of all tools, equipment and machines
• Establishing school rooms at events
• Closing service
• Monitoring compliance with school and house regulations, house law

Requirements:

• driving licence of classes BE and C1E (old: 3)
• health suitability
• craftsmanship and technical understanding
• independent and careful work, independent action
• unconditional reliability, a pronounced sense of order, cleanliness and necessary sensitivity for school operations
• Flexibility and commitment (time shift, standby)
• Membership Volunteer Fire Brigade Rastow desirable
