IT System Engineer / Administrator – Microsoft 365, Entra ID & Exchange (m/f/d)

In order to continuously develop the IT landscape, the company has various teams (more than 100 employees in Germany) which take care of the availability and optimization. We are currently looking for an IT System Engineer / Administrator (m/w/d) to strengthen the team with a focus on Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID and Exchange. In this position, you play a central role in the operation and further development of a modern Microsoft hybrid infrastructure. You ensure that users and systems work reliably with each other, authorizations are controlled cleanly and the IT environment is safely and stable. · Administration and Development of Microsoft Infrastructure with Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online/On-Premises · Management of users, groups, roles and permissions · Support and optimization of the hybrid exchange environment · Monitoring, Troubleshooting and Performance Optimization · Administration of GPOs, spam filters and email encryption · Support for IT security, compliance and cloud/saaS integrations · Creation and maintenance of authorization and security concepts

· Senior Consultant (m/w/d) for system integration, IT/informatics studies or a comparable qualification · (multiannual) professional experience in Microsoft system administration or as system engineer · Good knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID and Microsoft 365 as well as experience with Exchange Online and Exchange On-Premises/Hybrid · Knowledge in GPO, authorization management and IT security · Analytical, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation and a pronounced communication capability · PowerShell, Azure or IAM knowledge of advantage
