For the organization unit ORG/IT control, we are looking for the next possible appointment for the Hanover, Münster or Frankfurt am Main site Assistant to the ORG-/IT-Controller division (m/w/d).

The “ORG/IT-Control” business unit is responsible for ORG/IT support and process and authorization services, and thus supports the needs-oriented business areas in their responsibility to ensure the holistic control and further development of customer and sparkass-oriented areas of demand.

Perception of assistance and office management tasks at business level in operational daily business and in strategic and conceptual topics Organisation and coordination of appointments, meetings, events and business trips Support of the management of the business unit by pre- and post-processing of meetings including Participation in the preparation of decision bases, the conduct of research and analysis, and the preparation of results and the coordination of work results First contact person and communication interface of the business unit for internal and external contact persons at all hierarchical levels Support for the participation of special projects and cross-sector topics Introduction and use of new tools for increasing efficiency in assistance work and promoting and modelling in the field of AI-based assistance processes
