SOX Compliance Manager (m|w|d)

What are the tasks as SOX Compliance Manager (m|w|d)? Total responsibility for the strategic planning, implementation and control of the global Sarbanes-Oxley program (ICFR) as well as the targeted construction and management of the SOX PMO taking into account COSO frameworks performing process scoping and risk analysis for identifying essential business processes and ensuring audit-compliant documentation using Risk Control Matrices (RCMs), Flowcharts and Narratives Holistic control, design and implementation of Entity Level Controls (ELC), operational process controls and IT General Controls (ITGC) in the fields of access and change management and IT operations SAP control mechanisms including global authorization concepts, functional separations (Segregation of Duties - SoD) and transport management in ECC and S/4HANA system landscapes Monitoring, implementation and validation of the testing of automated controls and IT controls (ITACs) to ensure a data and information base (IPE) Management of the Management Testing according to SOX 404(a) and the Coordination of Dry Runs, Readiness Assessments and the Sustainable Management of Fixing Measures (Remediation) incl. Deficiency Management Continuous optimization and automation of SOX processes with focus on digitization (e.g. by GRC tools or data analytics) Close cooperation with the CFO, Internal Auditor, IT staff and external auditors (including Big 4), Control Ownern and the Internal Control Reporting (ICR) team of our parent company Acerinox SA

What are the requirements for a SOX Compliance Manager (m|w|d)? Successfully completed studies in the field of accounting, accounting or finance or a comparable qualification At least 5 to 10 years of professional experience in an international auditing company or in a capital market-oriented company in the manufacturing industry Knowledge in the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX 404) Implementation and Testing as well as ITGC (Access, Change, Operations Controls) and the establishment of ICFR systems Experience in IT systems and their control environments (focus, among others, SAP ECC and S/4HANA) as well as in the implementation of authorization concepts and segregation of Duties (SoD) Safe handling of regulatory standards, in particular COSO framework and internal controls (Internes Control System / IKS) Ideally certifications such as CISA, CIA, CPA or ACCA German and English knowledge in word and writing (min. C1 level), Spanish of advantage Addressee-oriented communication and project management skills Self-employed and responsible working methods and hands-on mentality
