Nursing Educator – Nursing School (m/f/d)

You're planning and shaping the class. You will accompany our trainees in their professional and personal development. Own technical focus: You bring your experiences from care into class. In the distribution of teaching topics we take into account your technical strengths and previous priorities. Educational design: You develop your own teaching ideas and methods and actively train your learning content. Quality of training: You contribute to the further development of our training and work together with the team on a high quality of teaching. Collaboration in the team: You work closely with your colleagues, bring your ideas and participate in the joint design of our school day.

You have a completed nursing training and bring professional experience in care. Studies: You have completed a Bachelor's degree course in nursing education, are immatriculated in a Master's degree course in nursing education and have already successfully completed initial examinations. Pedagogical experience: First experience in teaching, practical instructions, in training or presentations will help you get started, but are not a prerequisite. Care training: knowledge of current nursing training and its legal foundations are advantageous. Pedagogical attitude: You encounter trainees at eye level, communicate openly and appreciated and enjoy accompanying them in their development. No Master's degree yet? For a weekly working time of 40 hours, you will receive a monthly gross salary from €178.00 during your Master's programme. With a Master's degree, your monthly gross salary is up to €6,764,00, depending on your professional experience.
