You are responsible for the work processes from the product disposition, delivery and storage to the sale of goods and set meaningful priorities. You ensure compliance with economic indicators and carry out the inventory. With passion, you will guide your team and plan the personnel deployment. You have a look at the maintenance, maintenance and cleaning of the chests and linings and also take care of their maintenance. You pay attention to the proper storage of our fresh products.

You have completed training in retail or food craft (e.g. in the field of food production, gastronomy) or have the certificate of expertise in accordance with the Food Hygiene Regulation. You bring goods and assortment knowledge in the very large area of dairy and frozen products. You understand how to think and act in business and already have experience as department manager. You communicate transparently, are empathic, creative and make independent decisions.
