So you'll work: Responsibility & leadership: You take over your team's personal leadership and professional support including Exchange of case. Design space: You represent us to the outside, encourage cooperation and develop our organizational processes. Interdisciplinary work: You control the exchange between different professions – internally and in exchange with the Mediplus Group. Your time frame: In order to be optimally controlled and present, we wish you full time. A full-time part-time (from 32 hours) is therefore also possible.

That's what you bring: Qualification: A completed master or diploma degree in a relevant field (e.g. medical education, pedagogy, psychology, etc.). Expertise: Knowledge of child development and developmental vulnerabilities in pre-school age as well as professional experience in early funding (or comparable).
