You are interested in HR topics & would like to get a broad insight into the operational HR work? We're looking from 01. August a:n working student:in for our HR team in the field of STRABAG Innovation & Digitalization (SID), who supports us at least 15 hours / week in Stuttgart. These exciting tasks await you with us: Design and publication of job advertisements– You actively support winning new talents for the SID. Participation in the entire recruiting process From the point of view of incoming applications, to the coordination of interviews, to the independent implementation of telephone interviews after appropriate incorporation. Support in the onboarding process – You make sure that new colleagues experience a smooth start with us, e.g. by organizing and implementing the introductory events. participation in exciting HR projects– You are actively involved in current topics and are the first respondent to our work students. Administrative support You create certificates, provide overviews and lists in Excel and assist in sending work contracts. Participation in the offboarding process – You accompany the exit process, for example by creating work certificates.
