Customer advice: You are the first point of contact for our customers, advise them by phone and in writing to take back stairs and find individual solutions for their situation.

Offer creation: You create customised offers, maintain their status and ensure that all withdrawals are correctly posted in the system.

Proactive address: You go to customers on your own, initiate withdrawal orders and actively accompany them until you finish.

Relationship Management: You enter as a central contact person into a lively exchange with customers and build trusting long-term relationships.

Sustainability: You contribute to resource conservation by efficiently organising the withdrawal of stairs and supporting reuse.

Accuracy: You work carefully, pay attention to details and make sure that all processes are performed correctly and reliably.

Customer orientation: You respond to our customers empathically and service-oriented, creating a positive and trusting customer relationship.

Passion: You do your job with commitment and enthusiasm, identify with the company and actively contribute to success.

System knowledge: Ideally, you have experience with CRM systems and work confidently into new and complex topics.

Education & experience: You have a successfully completed commercial training and experience in dealing with customers from different target groups.
