Location: Stadtallendorf indefinite As a team leader in investment management, you are responsible for investment management including budget planning, project management and funding coordination.

Professional and disciplinary leadership of the investment management team Definition and management of the investment and maintenance budget Monitoring and implementation of internal budget and approval processes for investment projects at the site Superordinate monitoring of investment projects with regard to deviations in dimensions Content, timing and costs Close cooperation as a central interface with technical and commercial contacts at local and group level as well as external consultants Responsibility for stream funding management, coordination with specialist departments and discussion of eligible projects with funding bodies and external partners Preparation and support for external auditors’ audits Planning of investment activities in cooperation with internal stakeholders

Successfully completed studies in the field of (economic) engineering or comparable fields of study Detectable successes in the management of staff High affinity for multidimensional work organisations with a high number of interfaces and rapidly changing questions Ability to work independently, efficiently and responsibly and to constructive teamwork Embossed problem solving capabilities Implementation strength, ready-to-use and contact joy Secure handling of MS Office products and SAP Very good oral and written communication skills (in German and English)
