The area of law and compliance takes over the central legal support of WERTGARANTIE Group's departments and corporate bodies. The focus is on legal advice on insurance, contract, competition, IT and data protection issues in a sales-oriented, international environment. Your future tasks: You advise the Group on all IT-law issues, in particular on data protection, software contract and IT security law, on artificial intelligence and IT compliance (e.g. according to GDPR, DORA, AI-Act, Data Act) You take over the legal assessment of data processing operations, analyze risks in data protection and support new IT projects and the conclusion of IT-related contracts (e.g. cloud contracts, order processing agreements, IT framework contracts, cybersecurity contracts) The creation, testing and negotiation of IT contracts, as well as contracts with company law, are within your responsibility In consultation with the external data protection officer, you coordinate the processing of enquiries on data rights and data incidents and ensure compliance with all information obligations You also advise on corporate matters and support the organisation of the Corporate Office The conception and implementation of training and online training in the field of data protection and IT law are also your tasks Professional co-design of strategic IT and digitization projects within the Group complete your everyday life
