Team Leader IT Systems in Human Resources, e.g. Business Informatics Specialist or IT Clerk (m/f/d)

As a team leader, you will guide your employees professionally and disciplinaryly and take care of the further development of each individual. You organize and manage the daily business of your department and work in business and IT projects. You are in constant exchange with our personnel and other specialist departments. Together with your team, you create the technical basis for the proper operation of our IT systems for human resources management, time recording and payroll accounting. You ensure the connections via interfaces to upstream and downstream IT systems. You keep the overview of the data flows at any time without losing yourself in the little bit. You conceptualize and implement new applications and develop existing programs. You ensure the commissioning and the always trouble-free operation of specially developed and externally developed applications.

Their basis can be IT-close or commercial training such as e.g. for:to be a computer scientist:woman or a study of (economic) computer science or business management, but also a cross-entry with corresponding expertise is conceivable. In addition, you have several years of professional practice in IT system integration as well as IT project management and have been able to prove in large-scale projects that you always look beyond the plate edge. You have the pleasure of dealing with people, have already gained experience in managing teams and maintain a collegial and precise communication style.
