Total responsibility for the educational, technical and organizational management of the site Full personnel responsibility, personnel planning and personnel selection within the framework of the personnel budget in coordination with the management Implementation of employee talks and promotion of personnel development Trustful contact person for the team in professional and personal concerns, especially in challenging situations Optimizing internal processes and ensuring compliance with our quality standards Budget tuning and reporting to the management Support for negotiations on performance agreements Construction and maintenance of cooperation with schools, kitas, authorities, cost-beneficiaries and other partners Representation of the site in the regional network and in the public

Completed training or studies, ideally with (social) pedagogical focus Professional experience in the social and educational field, also in the context of school or youth assistance Experience in leadership of teams Structured and sound working and very good problem solving skills Very good organizational ability and pronounced communicative competence at all hierarchical levels Class B driving licence
