In this position, you are responsible for sales, earnings and growth in the associated customer group and report to the Sales & Service You generate and track leads (new customer acquisitions, B2B) and develop these with the support of the sales team to successfully conclude contracts After established sales strategies, ensure transparent documentation of the sales process in our CRM and other tools Control and prioritize your sales tasks independently and efficiently You develop complex technical offers and present them to our customers in a safe manner You will accompany our customers intensively even after the conclusion of the contract and follow the timely project processing until delivery In cooperation with our after sales service, you are responsible for the technical support and advice of our existing customers to ensure high customer satisfaction and to develop future sales potentials Your tasks include monitoring the market and competition and identifying new customer needs The participation in marketing campaigns and trade fairs complete your tasks

You have completed a technical study (e.g. mechatronics, mechanical engineering) or a qualification in technology-related areas, e.g. industrial engineer, technical farmer or technicians with additional professional qualifications Embossed sales and business development expertise with multiannual experience in the distribution of complex, expounding technical investment goods in the international environment One of your strengths is to discover sales potentials, to inspire potential international customers from our technical solutions and to bring negotiations to a successful conclusion With great technical understanding, curiosity and interest, it makes you enjoy working in new, complex products and application technology You have an independent and responsible working style and proactively agree with superiors, colleagues and customers You are happy and safe in an international environment, communicate fluently in German and English and have Portuguese and Spanish skills A high international readiness to travel (including to Brazil) is obvious to you and a class B licence is available
