Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

Quality assurance in the area of health care including the development of impulses for process optimization Qualification of new employees in priority training Implementation of payment releases and processing of unclear payment inputs, sampling checks under internal controls Management of the correspondence with the Federal Office for Social Security (BAS) and with customers in complex case designs (e.g. on board complaints) Processing of objections and pre- and post-processing of proceedings Processing of special and special cases as well as assistance in case-conferences Design and support of in-patient projects and special tasks in coordination with the team management
