Coordination of all maintenance and repair work, commissioning, appointment of instruction and control of maintenance firms and craftsmen Maintenance and updating of technical documentation, collection and negotiation of maintenance contracts and their completion in consultation with the supervisor Regular control of all fire protection devices, lifts, automatic doors and execution of all relevant tests and test runs of safety-relevant systems Ordering all necessary spare parts and consumables as well as coordination of building cleaning, winter service and maintenance of our outdoor facilities Control of safety markings, escape and rescue routes and support in implementing new safety regulations/measures

Vocational training or a comparable qualification Ideally, first professional experience in facility management or in a comparable position Knowledge of how to use electrical installations of any kind Safe handling of technical equipment and operating equipment such as heating, ventilation or air conditioning Basic knowledge in the field of fire protection and safety regulations, ideally with proof (e.g. fire protection aid training). Class B driving licence if travel between locations or for material procurement is necessary good handling of MS-Office and good German knowledge required
