As a member of the Management Board, the CEO Privacy Office (CEO DPO) has the task of bringing the compliance with legal requirements in the field of data and information law, the customer's requirements and the performance and delivery reliability of BWI into a reasonable balance. The CEO DPO is responsible for the central strategic orientation of BWI at the interface between regulatory requirements and core business of BWI as an IT service provider. As part of the CEO Data Privacy Office, the Privacy Experts department implements the operationalized requirements of data and information law in the context of project and specialist consulting. One of the core functions of the department is the end-to-end viewing and support of BWI departments as well as the customer on the basis of the implementation strategy of the Data Privacy Office. The department focuses on user orientation as well as quantitative and qualitative delivery reliability.
