Cutting machine operator milling technology (m/f/d)

You equip and operate independently modern 3- and 5-axis CNC milling machines for producing precise metal components. You create and optimize CNC programs directly on the machine, mainly with Siemens controls. You are responsible for the production of complex individual parts and small series according to technical drawings. You ensure the high precision of the manufactured workpieces and document the results by carefully checking the quality with standard measuring devices. In close coordination with work preparation, you actively contribute to the continuous improvement of production processes.

You have a completed training as a machining mechanic:in or a comparable qualification and bring at least 3 years of professional experience in CNC milling of metals. You are safe in CNC programming and have ideally already worked with one of the controllers of Siemens, Heidenhain or Fanuc. Programming, measuring and testing of finished parts by drawing is a routine for you. The work in the layer system (spring and late layer) fits well with your personal planning. You communicate safely in German (at least B2 level) to ensure a smooth exchange in the team.
