(m/d) or a comparable qualification Professional experience in youth assistance or Youth work is desirable, but also professional starters are welcome An estimating and deescaling basic attitude Joy in working with young people and interest in their world of life Creativity and self-initiative in the design of leisure, sports and educational offers Ideally crafted skills and/or knowledge in the systemic approach Willingness to participate in the one-week summer period The membership of a Christian church, which belongs to the working group of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany, is desirable.

Together with them, You shape the afternoon, attract topics from their world of life and create space for community, personal development and new experiences. The place is 10 hours a week and is limited as a parental leave. The operation is currently carried out on Mondays and Wednesdays from 12:00 to 17:00.
