Project Manager Architecture Duisburg (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the nationwide project management of refurbishments and extensions in the office and branch sector, mainly in stock. As a project manager, you take responsibility in technical and economic terms and organize and control the planning and execution processes. You make design and solution proposals for the planned construction projects and create cost estimates and approval templates . You are responsible for the cost and timing of the supervised projects, including the associated reporting, as well as the acquisition, testing and negotiation of after-contracting services. You may be responsible for controlling the operations of external project managers.

Completed studies (engineer/architecture) Multiannual, relevant professional experience First management experience Very good German knowledge Good English knowledge of word and writing Representative knowledge in the field of contract and supplier management Experience in project management of turnkey construction projects Basic knowledge in the field of building technology / supply technology Good knowledge of building contract law Knowledge of the relevant regulations, standards and guidelines Negotiating techniques with external suppliers/service providers and landlords Good knowledge of MS Office products Knowledge of CAD
