Expert Technical Services (m/f/d)

Planning, coordination and support of structural maintenance, reconstruction and rehabilitation measures Control of external service providers, specialist planners and construction companies Monitoring of costs, dates and quality of construction measures Implementation of object visits and documentation of the structural condition Participation in the creation of performance directories, tenders and awards Examination of invoices and receipts of services provided Ensuring compliance with legal regulations, standards and safety guidelines Contact for internal users in all structural questions

Complete training as a technician*in construction engineering or comparable qualification Alternatively: completed studies in the field of civil engineering (FH) Multiannual professional experience in the field of building maintenance, facility management or comparable activity Good knowledge of building law, VOB and relevant DIN standards Experience in the coordination of construction measures in stock Independent, structured and cost-conscious working Communication strength as well as safe occurrence to internal and external contact persons Good MS Office knowledge, ideally experience with CAFM systems Experience with CAD software and common calculation programs Customer orientation / service awareness Own initiative, motivation and responsibility Teamability and flexibility readiness to take on standby services
