Acceptance and First Solution of Disorders/Incidents in First Level Support Processing of interference messages at the end user in second-level support Implementation of IMAC activities, e.g. installation and configuration of new devices Maintenance of assets used Implementation of smaller administrative tasks, e.g. in MS Active Directory or MS Exchange
