Partner Success Manager - Marktplatz (m/f/d)

As a Partner Success Manager, you play a central role in the care and development of our marketplace partners. Your goal: satisfied suppliers, successful cooperations and long-term relationships that create real added value - for our partners and for our customers. You play a central role in supporting our marketplace partners and actively contribute to their success. You are the first contact person for our suppliers from Go-Live, accompany them operationally and strategically and promote long-term cooperation. You conduct structured performance talks with partners, analyze KPIs and jointly manage optimization measures. You check the quality and completeness of the product data and ensure the continuous optimization of the product range and its presentation You take responsibility for compliance with our quality standards. Together with partners and internal teams, You plan and implement sales-promoting measures - from promotions to campaigns. You keep the most important key figures in mind and ensure that our partners are successful and satisfied.

You have professional experience in managing and developing business partners - ideally in the e-commerce environment or on digital platforms. You are safe to negotiate, communicate clearly and empathically and represent the interests of our partners as well as those of the company - even in the case of complex concerns. You bring a good understanding of product data and pay attention to their quality and completeness - especially before the go-live. You control your partner relationships data-based and use reporting tools routined for analysis and optimization. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
