Multiannual professional experience in restructuring, rehabilitation, finance advisory, corporate finance, audit or comparable areas Practical experience with IDW S6 reviews, IBR and IDW S11 analyses Excellent Excel and Financial Modeling skills; high security in integrated planning, liquidity planning and scenario calculations Knowledge of GuV, balance sheet and cash flow analysis as well as plausibility of business plans Structured, analytical method with high quality standards and entrepreneurial thinking Strength of communication and safe occurrence against financialians, investors and other stakeholders High AI affinity and interest in innovative digital tools German knowledge C1 and English knowledge at least B2; project-related travel readiness in the DACH room experience in the real estate environment of advantage; as an alternative the strong willingness to acquire real estate know-how quickly and independently
