• As a HR Business Partner, you will be fully responsible for our logistics area and ensure efficient and legally secure personnel work along the entire Employee Lifecycle
• In close cooperation with the executives, you act as a strategic Sparring partner, introduce HR expertise and actively assist in achieving operational goals, for example in personnel deployment planning or productivity control
• As a central HR contact partner, you actively drive the further development of our logistics and shape modern personnel work in a dynamic environment
• Analysis of HR key figures, such as personnel costs, productivity, or sick rates, will help you to take concrete measures and prepare meaningful decision-making bases for management
• In addition, you can participate in HR projects, such as in the area of digitalization or process optimization, and actively promote changes within logistics
• A completed study in the field of personnel, business or a comparable qualification forms the basis of your HR expert
• Multiannual experience as HR Business Partner or Personnel Officer, ideally in an operating environment such as logistics, production or retail, *Responsible skills in the right to work and work permit a secure initial assessment of labour law issues
