Maintenance of new products from planning stage to series according to customer specifications and feasibility testing, digitization of tools Creating measurement technology solutions with tactile and optical 3D measurement technology (creating measurement strategy and measurement programs), documentation and evaluation as well as error analysis Performing series measurements for raw and press equipment Conducting initial sampling (EMPB), specially measuring technology ( performing measurement tasks and evaluating the measurements) Transmitting information in case of deviations from the setpoint to press and raw construction (communicating control loop) Develop statistical measurement protocols for trend profiles / series monitoring with Zeiss PiWeb

You have a completed three-year vocational training in a metal profession (e.g. machining mechanic, industrial mechanic, tool mechanic, construction mechanic, technical model builder) or an equivalent proven competence You have the willingness to work 3-shift good knowledge of German (Level B2) Knowledge of the programming and operation of 3D measurement technology (Zeiss Quality Suite, Zeiss Inspect 2023, Zeiss Caligo 4.6 and 4.8, Zeiss Holos 3.0) are desirable Knowledge of quality assurance in the automotive industry is advantageous You can handle routined with common office software (e.g. MS Office) and ERP systems You are structured, well organized and have a strong communication strength and team capacity You work responsibly, independently, motivated and process-oriented as well as solution-oriented
