In this position, you take the commercial management of our maintenance measures within the assigned budget and according to strategic requirements To do this, you will set up analyses and evaluations, for example on material consumption and weaknesses, and take measures to reduce costs and implement them. In close cooperation with the controlling, you will start internal monitoring and take over the resulting control according to network-specific requirements If necessary, you will obtain missing information and check existing data for completeness and plausibility With your stakeholders:inside you have a good contact and accompany it within the framework of network-internal control talks You develop special programs to optimize the maintenance strategy The coordination of monthly and annual accounts completes your task profile

Your profile:

The basis of your success is a completed study, e.g. as a farmer:in, economist:in, economic engineer:in or a comparable training associated with corresponding professional experience You have a high economic understanding, knowledge in economic analysis and, preferably, in controlling Experience in managing maintenance and experience in budget planning would be a big plus In dealing with MS Office (especially Excel), you are routined and you are ready to work into our planning tools Communication strength and your binding appearance help you to communicate professionally addressable and to work with your stakeholders in close and service-oriented manner Make your heart beat faster; Loadability, team orientation and a look for detail complete your profile You bring the willingness to work on a weekly basis in Munich
