As Head of Product Management (w/m/d), you take over the overall responsibility for building and professionalizing the bpc product business and work with the Executive Board at eye level. You decisively shape the strategic orientation of the product range and actively promote its further development. You are responsible for product vision, product strategy and roadmap. This means that you will sustainably strengthen the market position of bpc. With your contribution, you set the foundation for a scalable and economically successful product portfolio in the SAP environment. Together with our consulting teams, you identify market and customer potentials in the SAP environment, derive new product initiatives and evaluate product ideas systematically and entrepreneurially – with clear prioritization and decision-making responsibility. Your tasks include the development of business plans and pricing and growth models for existing and new products. You prepare strategic decisions for the Executive Board, define relevant KPIs and ensure meaningful reporting. In your role, you lead the product management area, work closely with the crew, and are responsible for the strategic interconnection of product and project business.

A completed study in the field of economics, business informatics, computer science or a comparable subject. Multiannual experience in product management, ideally in the SAP environment. Embossed analytical and entrepreneurial thinking and joy in strategic issues. Understanding product portfolios, business cases, KPIs and profitability. Very good communication skills and a structured and independent way of working. The ability to make strategic decisions and implement product initiatives consistently. Experience in balancing product development and project business. Team orientation, enforcement and desire to take responsibility.
