Application Manager (m/f/d)

Support, administration and further development of our ERP system Sage Bäurer b7 Support, administration and further development of our document management system (DMS) Develop d3 Analysis and optimization of existing business processes and digital workflows Recording and evaluation of requirements from the departments Supporting our employees as part of 1st and 2nd level support Conception and implementation of adaptations and new functions together with users and external service providers Supporting interfaces between ERP, DMS and other business applications Error analysis and execution of bug fixes and coordination of service providers Support and advice of users in questions about the supported applications Planning, implementation and monitoring of updates, releases and system changes Creation and maintenance of documentation Working with projects for the digitization and automation of business processes

Completed training or studies in the field of computer science or comparable qualifications Ideally 1-3 years of professional experience in application management or in a comparable position Experience in handling ERP systems and/or document management systems Good understanding of operational processes and business processes Knowledge in databases and SQL are advantageous Basic understanding for interfaces, data flows and system integrations Ability to understand requirements from the fields and to transfer them to technical solutions Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation
