You are a graduate of social education*in, a graduate teacher or have a Bachelor or Master in childhood education or social work. Alternatively, you have a comparable university degree with at least 2-year management experience or comparable qualifications. Professional experience as a pedagogical specialist consultancy with relevant additional qualification is desirable. Experience in the field of guidance is necessary and desirable in the field of counselling. You bring up current educational (scientific) expertise.
