Senior Application Specialist (m/f/d)

As Senior Application Specialist (m/w/d), you work closely with various specialist areas and actively support the further development of our system landscape and integration processes. Among other things, you perform the following tasks: Planning, coordination and implementation of interfaces between internal and external systems Support and further development of EDI, API and Event-based integrations Development, optimization and maintenance of power-BI reports and semantic models Cooperation on projects related to system introductions, process digitalisation and data integration Design of high-performance integration and automation processes (ETL/ELT, APIs) Preparation of technical documentation, integration guidelines and training documents Close cooperation with internal departments and external partners

Studies or training in the field of computer science or comparable qualifications Multiannual professional experience in system or data integration Funded knowledge in the EDI/EAI environment and in the integration of systems, data models and modern technologies Experience with modern technologies and data formats (e.g. REST, JSON, XML, EDIFACT) Secure SQL knowledge Experience with Microsoft Power BI or comparable BI/reporting software, including modeling, reporting and data processing Experience with EDI mapping tools such as Lobster_data, Lobster_pro or Lobster Orchestration Knowledge in a modern programming language (e.g. Python, C#, Java) Structured and careful operation Communication strength and team capacity
