Take over the technical and disciplinary leadership of the Debitor Accounting team in the Factoring business segment and responsible for personnel planning, development and recruitment. Responsible for the proper and efficient execution of debitor accounting and payment processing processes. Ensure the control, analysis and continuous optimization of accounting and operational processes. Create a transparent monitoring and reporting of the receivable portfolio and regularly inform management and stakeholders. Coordinate the internal information flow and design interfaces to adjacent areas smoothly. Secure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements and quality standards.

You have completed economic studies or completed commercial training. You bring several years of professional experience in financial and accounting, or in a comparable position, and have ideally already worked in different organizational structures. You analyze complex financial relationships securely and meet well-founded, data-based decisions. You work precisely and structured and keep an overview even in challenging situations. Ideally, you know the factoring environment and have gained first leadership experience.
