Strategic advice and support for our global sales companies and their HR and leadership teams Implementation and support of international personnel recruitment for management positions Development and implementation of HR strategies, programs and processes (e.g. talent management, onboarding, workforce planning, etc.) Analysis and preparation of relevant HR reports and key figures to support strategic action and decision-making processes in cross-species coordination Participation and implementation of global HR projects and training of executives Implementation and support of international localizations and mailings in close cooperation with local HR teams taking into account country-specific, labour-law framework conditions

Successfully completed commercial training with further qualification in the field of personnel or completed economic studies, ideally with the focus on personnel Multiannual professional experience in the field of personnel, recruiting and/or project management - ideally in an internationally active group Routinized handling of common personnel and MS software systems Knowledge of global HR processes and cross-organisational cooperation with international focus Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing; other foreign language skills of advantage Designed communication and consulting skills as well as independent, structured and service-oriented working style
