Technical and organizational control of several team leaders and their logistics teams (up to 60 employees) Direct reporting line to the relevant Site Manager or its representation Examination of team leaders' deployment and resource planning and cross-departmental coordination Takeover and implementation of projects together with their own team Development and responsibility of process controls for the timely and quality-compliant delivery of production Responsibility for continuous improvement processes (KVP) and tracking of relevant key figures (KPI) Ensuring instruction, budget planning and implementation of Q/HSE guidelines in responsibility Participation and support in personnel planning and recruitment processes

completed training with multiannual professional experience and corresponding professional training, e.g. Bsp. Logistics master First leadership experience of multi-member teams Multiannual detailed logistics knowledge, in particular contract logistics System knowledge in SAP, Viadat, MS Office, insbes. Excel advantage Friendly customer-oriented operation and corresponding occurrence English knowledge of advantage
