You are responsible for finance and funding management and ensure that planning, controlling, reporting and funding management are implemented efficiently, transparent and structured. Through sound analyses, you advise the management and support the strategic management of the organization. The activity shall include in particular: Setting up key financial processes Control of full financial accounting Creation of financial planning, e.g. economic plan, medium-term plan, liquidity plan and reports Monitoring of financial indicators, in particular liquidity Responsibility for the ERP system as well as the digitization and automation of financial processes Accompanying the audit Responsibility for funding management: implementation of the full-scale project controlling, call-ups and reporting to funding providers and accounting to project partners

Complete university studies in finance, controlling, business management or comparable qualifications Multiannual professional experience in finance, controlling or strategy – ideally in a public company Knowledge of financial planning, controlling, reporting, funding management and funding rights Good knowledge of common ERP systems, preferably in Unit4 Experience with digitalization and automation of financial processes desirable Analytical Strength and Structured Operation, Proactivity and Clarity in Complex Situations Communication strength and team capacity as well as independent, solution-oriented thinking
