ONTRAS operates 7,700 kilometers of transmission network in East Germany. We transport natural gas and green gases to our customers, downstream network operators such as municipal works and industrial customers. Over 500 employees bring their know-how to Leipzig headquarters and 12 other locations. For ONTRAS as the operator of a critical infrastructure (KRITIS) and for ONTRAS subsidiary companies, information security takes a very high priority with visibility throughout the company. You will be part of a small innovative team that aims to protect all information and data of ONTRAS appropriately and systematically. On the one hand, this concerns processes and organization and on the other hand IT security. For the management of information security, we develop both organizational and IT technical specifications and concepts and support the specialist areas in implementing the respective requirements. The core of information security is the certified information security management system (ISMS), which is legally required for ONTRAS. You are responsible for the further development of information and IT security at ONTRAS, including the subsidiaries, together with the IT security and IT security officers. You are responsible for the technical and organizational development of the systems for attack detection. You support the NIS 2 implementation of the subsidiaries concerned. You plan and organize PEN tests and coordinate the implementation of improvement measures. You support the further development of IT Security requirements (Governance). You actively participate in IT/OT emergency management and solve exciting exercise scenarios as part of the emergency team. You participate in ISMS supplier audits.

You have a degree in computer science or business informatics, ideally with a deepening in the area of information and/or IT security. You bring the ability to carry out ISMS audits - internally as well as IT service providers. You have relevant professional experience in the above mentioned area of responsibility. Processes are as little a foreign word as cybersecurity. You're burning for moving something for ONTRAS in the team and driving changes. You are characterized by a quick understanding, commitment, communication skills and an efficient and structured way of working.
