AZT (Allianz Zentrum für Technik) Automotive GmbH is the competence centre for safe and ecological and economically sustainable mobility in the Allianz Group. At the Ismaning site in Munich, our experts deal with all the insurance-relevant issues of automotive technology and thus work on improving the safety of all road users, crash behavior and repairability of vehicles, as well as on topics such as data access, theft protection and cybersecurity. As a contact point for the automotive industry, we exchange our know-how with various national and international units of the Alliance and also advise customers from the automotive industry. This is what awaits you as a speaker for vehicle technology and damage research (m/w/d) In an international and multi-disciplinary environment, the focus is on the tasks in the field of vehicle technology and damage research as well as sustainability. Together with colleagues involved, you represent your results and thus the AZT within and outside the Alliance. Responsibility for current topics and cooperation with internal and external partners Independent planning, management and implementation of research, third-party and cooperation projects with internal and external partners Care and professional guidance of students incl. Support for student graduates Creation of scientific research reports, specialist articles and presentations for internal and external stakeholders Preparation of contributions to and implementation of training Representation of the AZT in bodies, associations and at specialist congresses, also internationally Participation in internal working groups and strategic initiatives

You are bringing this together as a consultant for vehicle technology and damage research (m/w/d) Successfully completed studies in a relevant field (e.g. vehicle technology, mechanical engineering) or other comparable qualification, ideally with doctoral studies Impressive capacity for interdisciplinary cooperation and responsible work Knowledge of data analysis and statistics and motor insurance Communication strength, team capacity, flexibility, a high degree of independence A service-oriented operation Very good knowledge of computer applications, especially MS-Office and data analysis Very knowledge of German and English in word and writing Ready to continue training and travel Requested: Knowledge of sustainability aspects (including LCA and CO2e footprint) Experience with the evaluation of (insurance) damage cases Experience in the support of student staff Good networking in science and research, successful publications in the specialist press Experience in working with or project work with OEMs
