Since its founding in 2001, AWIGO has become an environmental service provider for the Osnabrücker Land. Specifically, this means that we are specialists around the topics of valuables, recycling, recovery and sustainability. However, our tasks continue to grow and our demands also grow. And for this we always need new fellow fighters, which our 400-member team now complements and, together with us, tackle important topics about our environment and create solutions. Projektmanager (m/w/d) Full time, part-time For you right does not mean restricting possibilities – but allowing good decisions. You take risks realistically and develop viable solutions together with our departments. You can understand yourself as a Sparring partner and not as a pure examination instance. With us, you're more than a legal person. You work closely with our departments, advise at eye level and help them make good and responsible decisions for our group of companies. If you combine legal precision with entrepreneurial thinking and like to take responsibility, we look forward to meeting you. In the case of employment in parttime, the weekly working time should be at least 30 hours per week.

You advise on all legal issues – except work-related issues that are supervised by our personnel lawyer – for example on waste, environmental or municipal law Deliver, review and negotiate contracts and legal agreements independently You take on the role of the Compliance Officer and continuously develop our compliance management Transfers of duties within our group of companies will be accompanied by the required legal documents Changes in the law and current case law are kept in mind, assess their impact on our company and derive necessary measures from it As a competent contact person, you support our departments and our managing directors and develop practical, sustainable solutions together In legal circles, associations and networks you represent our company If necessary, you coordinate cooperation with external law firms and other legal service providers

Successfully completed studies of law (first and/or second legal state examination), economic law or a comparable legal qualification Multiannual professional experience as a corporate lawyer, business lawyer, syndicate attorney or similar legal activity is desirable Ideally, you bring first knowledge in waste, environmental or municipal law – but more importantly, we are willing to work on new issues. A qualification as a compliance officer is desirable – if you do not yet bring it, we will be happy to help you acquire it Entrepreneurial thinking as well as the ability to balance opportunities and risks with an eye dimension and to develop pragmatic solutions As a Sparring partner for our departments, you will assist them in making informed decisions. You explain complex legal issues in a comprehensible way and make it possible to bring together different interests In dealing with people, you convince by communication strength, fingertip feeling and a secure feeling for different interlocutors
