In the Berlin-Brandenburg e. V. (BFW), for more than 50 years, we have been dealing with people who have been torn from working life through a disease or accident. We will follow the steps taken to re-enter self-determined, healthy work. This can be the return to the previous job or a restart with a new task. We draw on a professional, differentiated range of funding and work with all the key players in the labour market, for example with rehab and service providers, chambers and employers. The BFW is recognized as a service provider for occupational rehabilitation, listed in the Social Code and organized as a non-profit association in a nationwide network. Be part of it and together with us support the inclusion and social participation in the region. We are looking for our locations in Mühlenbeck (locally from Berlin with good connections to the S-Bahn) and/or Berlin-Charlottenburg (possible as the main place of use) at the next possible date Senior Consultant (m/w/d) (in full time with 38.5 hours/week) We operate at two large locations in their own buildings and building complexes with years of construction in the 1970s and 1990s. The special features of our buildings at the locations include training rooms, workshops, offices, medical services, large kitchens and canteen areas, as well as a moving bath, 2 boarding schools and sports halls. The buildings are supervised by their own teams on site in cooperation with external service providers.

Takeover of entrepreneurial obligations in occupational and health protection pursuant to § 13 para. 2 Arb-SchG and relevant regulations Care and development of an effective occupational safety system (AMS) incl. Risk assessments, protection measures and documentation Consultation and support of the employer on all issues of occupational and fire protection, first aid and prevention of accidents, in particular in the assessment of working conditions, including identification, analysis, assessment and documentation of risks caused by hazard and exposure factors (risk assessment) and control of tasks Initiating, developing and evaluating proposals for measures to improve safety and health and to prevent accidents at work, occupational diseases and occupational health risks Planning, implementation and support of occupational physicians and specialist safety appointments and coordination of external service providers Head of the Works Protection Committee and other relevant bodies Implementation of training, instruction and orientation of new employees Implementation and documentation of risk assessments and safety instructions Monitoring legal deadlines, notifications (e.g. accident notifications) and imprint obligations Designing emergency and evacuation plans as well as first aid organization Reporting to management and regular key figures reports Coordination and control of the occupational health management (BGM) and the establishment and motivation of an interdisciplinary health team (a BEM is already fully implemented) Design, planning and implementation of additional measures to promote the health of our employees By taking over the tasks to the specified extent, you have the appropriate responsibility and powers to, for example To be able to take measures to prevent accidents at work, occupational diseases and occupational health hazards.

Completed studies or relevant training in the field of safety/labour protection (e.g. certified specialist for occupational safety, master, technician) or comparable Ideally multiannual experience in occupational safety in a service-oriented environment and relevant additional qualifications specialist in accordance with ArbSchG or TRBS 1201/1202; ideally certification as SiGeKo or similar qualification You have comprehensive, application-proof knowledge of the legal foundations for occupational and fire protection, accident prevention, first aid and relevant guidelines and service instructions (ArbSchG, BetrSichV, Hazardous Subsidiary Regulation, ASiG, BetrVG, DGUV regulations) or are willing to acquire the necessary knowledge within the framework of qualification measures and keep them constantly up to date. Communication strength, enforcing capacity and strong consulting skills, organisational capacity, structured thinking, conscientious documentation and high sense of responsibility Willingness to travel within the company (if necessary) Safe handling of the required applications in office communications and information technology, especially Microsoft 365
