As part of your dual study, you will get to know all relevant areas of a modern hotel You will get to know a digital corporate management in the hotel industry, with many automations that still work personally and reflect a contemporary attitude. You work at the reception (guest care, check-in/check-out, reservations) You support Sales & Marketing (offering, online sales, social media) You get insights into event and event management You are involved in quality and complaint management You support organisational and administrative tasks Get to know business processes in the hotel everyday

Start your studies at the IU with (special) abitur, a qualified professional degree or as a national. Technicians:in/operator:in You can prove German skills according to language level B2 You are interested in tourism and hospitality and at the same time enjoy digital processes and modern technologies You have the pleasure of working with digital tools, hotel software and automated processes and actively shaping them.
