You occupy one of the central switching points between strategy and operational implementation. Their work has a direct influence on million decisions and is accordingly visible in the company structure You take responsibility for a small, well-established team and develop the control system of the company together with it – methodically, culturally and structurally You are the intellectual engine behind the economic assessment of strategically relevant projects: from the first idea to the decision-ready submission You build scalable analysis and evaluation frameworks that make the company more independent of individual knowledge and accelerate decision-making processes You anchor financial logic throughout the company by acting as a savings partner for other disciplines and ensuring that all work with the same assumptions You accompany decision-makers in direction-setting investment and financing issues – from analysis to presentation at committee level

You are not a purely numerical person – You combine analytical depth with entrepreneurial vision and the need to really move something: Solid academic basis at master level – whether technically-economic or business-economic, your thinking is crucial, not your conclusion Multiannual experience in an environment that forces you to penetrate and understand complex economic relationships Embossed strength in modeling and quantitative analysis – you feel at home in numbers without losing sight of the whole Experience in cooperation with leadership levels and the ability to perform safely and convincingly on this parquet First leadership experience is welcome – your willingness to take responsibility for people and results alike is crucial Negotiating German and English – you communicate clearly, precise and addressable
