As SAP CX Consultant you will: Analyse customer-specific requirements and develop customized technical concepts Technically implement extensions in SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) via PDI (SAP Cloud Application Studio): ABSL, BODL Integrate external systems via web services, OData or SAP CPI / SAP BTP Create technical analyses, solution designs and feasibility studies Supporting the implementation of customer-specific extensions and processes Work closely with consulting, development and specialist areas Take technical test management as well as project and go-live support Documenting technical concepts and solutions

As a SAP CX Consultant you should bring: Multiannual experience in development with SAP Cloud Application Studio (PDI), including ABSL and BODL Secure knowledge of integration technologies: Web services (REST/SOAP), OData and SAP CPI/SAP BTP Technical understanding of business processes in sales, service and marketing Experience with SAP CX portfolio (especially SAP Sales Cloud, SAP Service Cloud) Ability to convey technical information to end users and customers in a comprehensible manner Strong analytical capability to solve complex requirements and technical problems Interest in AI tools to use them supportively in your working day, taking into account the applicable legal requirements (e.g. EU AI Act, Privacy, Compliance) Basic travel readiness (3 days/week), depending on the customer situation Very good German knowledge of word and writing as well as good English knowledge
