Finance Manager (m/f/d)

Shareholder Management Investor Acquisition and Contact: Support in the identification, speech and ongoing support of investors Financing rounds, data space and document management: support in the planning and implementation of financing rounds as well as maintenance of the investor data area and the associated documentation Communication Support for corporate communication and the organisational preparation of strategically relevant conference, investor and partner meetings Organisation of company-relevant events, in particular advisory meetings, shareholder meetings and investor meetings C level support: coordination and interface CFO support for operational and organisational tasks and coordination of appointments and processes at C level Interface function to external partners and support for selected HR-administrative processes

Education and experience Complete economic studies (e.g. business management, finance, economic law) or a comparable qualification Professional experience in the finance or investor relations environment is an advantage, but no requirement – also motivated professionals with internships in relevant areas such as start-ups or the biotech industry are welcome Experience in acquiring financing rounds and in direct dealing with investors of advantage A structured, careful and reliable way of working, coupled with high discretion and trustworthiness in handling sensitive business and financial information Expertise Funded knowledge in the creation of investor documents, in particular presentations, information memorandums and financial overviews Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; Experience with data space tools of advantage Understanding financing and funding processes as well as company-relevant structures and processes Experience in coordinating appointments and voting on C-Level First experience in HR administration processes (e.g. onboarding, contract documents) of advantage Language skills Very good knowledge of German in word and writing At least very good English knowledge (safe for negotiation), especially for investor communication

A responsible position with direct access to CFO, COO and management insights into financing and investor relations in a growing company An unlimited full-time job (part-time possible). 30 days of annual leave (when full time). Range of salary according to experience: EUR 50,000-65,000 p.a. .
