(Senior) Business Process Analyst

Requirement Gathering, Analysis and Impact Assessment: Gather business requirements and conduct thorough analysis. Understand the business goals fully and evaluated the impacts on the operating model and processes Process Design and Modelling: Design processes to ensure You align with business goals, and document them according to the internal process framework. Keep the documentation up to date Process Execution: Manage or support the implementation of designed processes for the corresponding business functions, including automation Process Performance Monitoring: Manage or support the implementation and execution of process performance monitoring and reporting for the corresponding business functions Process Optimization: Analysis process performance to identify bottlenecks or potential areas for improvement and take initiatives for continuous improvements Process Management Guidance and Training: Provide process management guidance, expertise, and training to other analysts and SMEs

Educated to Bachelor's degree or equivalent Several years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, Business Process Analyst or in a similar role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in process management with good knowledge of BPM industry standards, methodologies and tools Understanding of system architecture, data modelling, and digital transformation Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. English is a plus Good knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, MS Office
