Operational management (m/f/d)

For our branch North Germany with office location in Braunschweig you are contact persons for internal departments and external service providers, coordinate projects, keep an eye on dates and ensure successful implementation. The planning, control and implementation of digitalization projects is part of your responsibility as well as the continuous optimization of existing processes. Project and service plans, status reports, invoices and evaluations create your own responsibility and support in the introduction of new digital solutions on site. With your hand-on mentality, you will bring your own ideas and actively drive the digitization of our customers in the north. Regular project and customer visits within northern Germany are part of your daily work. A pool vehicle is available for your service trips.

A completed training in the commercial sector or a comparable qualification as well as multiannual professional experience in an operational field form the basis of your profile. You have first leadership experience or experience in taking responsibility in projects. A good understanding of IT processes, digitalization and operational processes is what distinguishes you. The safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is of course for you. Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing complete your profile. A structured way of working, communication strength and joy in working with different disciplines make your profile complete.
